The Mechanical & Material Technologies Group (MMT), formerly Mechanical Engineering Group,
has been renames to reflect the advances and broadening of the field and to make it more
relavent to the Silicon Valley.
Currently Jr-Yi Shen is the 2004 Vice Chair of the Group. He is making plans to host
some techincal talks.
