Thank you for your interest in CIE SF Chapter. For membership application, please download the application form, fill it out, and send it with your membership fee ($20 annual membership or $100 permanent membership) to PO Box 2880, Cupertino CA 94015. We will confirm your application with a reply e-mail.

To encourage participation in community service, membership fee can be waived by volunteer service. Instead of the membership fee of $20 (and enjoy the membership privilege immediately), one can choose the option of volunteer service.

After 4 hours service in the 12 months period before December 31, you earn the Regular Member status for the following year.
With total 20 service hours and minimum 2 years participation, you earn the Lifetime Membership.
